Amid the beauty of San José del Cabo, La Lupita Taco & Mezcal was founded with a clear purpose: to share the best of Mexican cuisine in a festive and genuine atmosphere.
Of the dozen local spots, the “localito” del Centro on Calle Morelos stood out from the rest, and we fell in love with it.
Then, after a pleasant negotiation, and despite the challenges following Hurricane Odile, on December 12, 2014, we started an intense remodeling, driven by our vision to create a space where tacos, mezcal, and Mexican hospitality take center stage.
Following four months of hard work, on April 18, 2015, we opened the doors of our first restaurant, which quickly became a must-visit destination in the region.
Since then, we have expanded our concept, with the opening of our second location in Cabo San Lucas, while staying true to our roots by offering innovative and unique culinary experiences that highlight traditional ingredients and ancestral cooking methods, all within the vibrant spirit that has always defined us.
